Information about children
Information about a child must be submitted by the child’s parent or legal guardian. It may include:

3. Children’s Privacy

A parent or legal guardian must complete all interest, enrollment, consent, and payment forms on behalf of a child.

4. Photographs, Videos, and Children’s Work
Permission to photograph, record, or publicly identify a child is separate from program enrollment.
Parents and guardians may be offered choices such as:

* Photography for private classroom or family-sharing purposes only
* Permission for use on Mission ECHT’s website, social media, printed materials, fundraising materials, or other public communications
Declining public photo or video permission will not, by itself, prevent a child from participating in a program.
Mission ECHT will follow the permission selected by the parent or guardian. Permission may be withdrawn for future use by contacting us. Withdrawal may not require us to recall or destroy materials that were lawfully produced or distributed before permission was withdrawn.
5. When We May Disclose Information
Mission ECHT may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that medical and emergency information remains accurate and current.
7. Payments and Donations
Payments and donations may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Mission ECHT may receive transaction details, such as the payer’s name, contact information, payment amount, date, and payment status.
Complete credit- or debit-card information may be collected and processed directly by the payment provider rather than stored by Mission ECHT. The provider’s handling of information is also governed by its own privacy policy and terms.

If text messaging is offered, applicable message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of enrollment.
10. Information Security
Mission ECHT uses reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain. These measures may include access limitations, password protections, staff procedures, secure service providers, and appropriate disposal practices.
No website, email system, electronic database, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If Mission ECHT experiences a data-security incident requiring notification, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
